No place I’d rather be today than with 2,600 women at #ICAN2024 I always leave with new energy and a greater network. 2024 take-aways: 💡 focusing on problems is backwards energy. Start with strengths and move towards new objectives. 💡 beliefs don’t change with logic, they change with new beliefs. Choose your thoughts carefully as they precede feelings. 💡 compassion and boundaries can coexist. 💡 tell the next generation stories of women who elevate women. Make this normal. 💡 women belong in finance, we have made progress and will keep going. See you next year!
