Last week, we had the honor of hosting Julie Chabanas from Agence France-Presse (AFP) through the Nebraska Chamber of Congress to talk about being a model of success for having a diverse and integrative workforce.

Meet Derek, our Maintenance Manager. With nearly 400 pieces of equipment and 300,000 square feet to cover, his team is always ready for the next challenge. Proudest Moment: Completing a welding gas plumbing project. Our new bulk gas system is safer and more efficient for our welders, and they no longer have to switch out heavy welding gas bottles. Most Creative Solution: We're currently automating data collection for powder coating wash systems. When finished, there will be no need to record and input data into spreadsheets manually.
